Minor Surgery
Several minor dental surgeries can be done in normal dental clinic. That comprises -
- Surgically extraction (impacted tooth)
- Apicectomy - Removal of the cyst or bony lesion surgically
- Flap Surgey - where there is moderate to severe periodontitis, we have to go for this minor surgery. It decreases the furhter destruction of gum and teeth.
Major surgey should be done under general anaesthesia under several specialist doctors in operation theatre.
